Guided Heart Movement is a 60 minute session, cycling through the entire body in sets of three movements with different levels. The music is centred around heartfelt ambiance that encourages strength and surrender through endurance. I believe that exercise does not mean ‘gunning it through’ but inspired by finding a calm sensation within.

We move together and are guided together with an encouraging deep sense of release without ‘embarrassment’. Close your eyes, feel as though you are dancing, feel yourself opening and expressing with absolute bliss and presence.
