Guided Heart Movement is the all in one wellness movement experience created by certified pilates instructor Alicia Fuller after immersing herself internationally within the fitness culture, Alicia became inspired by the connection between expression and movement, the class is designed to truly incorporate spirituality and exercise in a balanced approach.

Guided Heart Movement gives the body exactly what it needs, nothing more, nothing less. Blending elements of Pilates, yoga, cardio, strength and resistance in a soft and beautiful way.

“I wanted to create my own ‘perfect’ workout. For me, it has never been about the body or the results of the exercises. I have always felt connected to pure expression, losing yourself in the music, in the flow and just being totally authentically in your heart as you move. Guided Heart Movement therefore became the one outlet in my life in which I truly followed my heart and listened to my intuition. My ultimate goal and core for this method, is to give women a class that truly and deeply allows them to feel beautiful, meaningful and soft within the idea of a ‘workout’. “
